What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Caren, the founder of Reiki Wings, is a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and certified Animal Reiki Practitioner who has received her certification through The International Center for Reiki Training.
Caren is an intuitive healer who works closely with her clients to discover and remove blockages and other energy detractors that may be inhibiting them from reaching their full potential and living their best lives. And as a wayshower, Caren's mission is to help others navigate their human/divine experience by showing and offering a pathway through.
In her spare time, Caren enjoys creating, learning, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Edith is a certified Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master who has received her training through the International Center for Reiki Training.
During her sessions, Edith is guided to use hands-on or hands-off. But if you have a preference, please let her know.
As an intuitive empath, Edith's mission is to offer unconditional love and deep cellular healing to all the parts of you that have gone unnoticed. Through this, she can guide you to overall mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
In her spare time, Edith enjoys reading, meditating, and creating art.
