Animal Reiki
What is Animal Reiki?
Animal Reiki energy is a unique Reiki energy given to us as a special life force energy for the animals. Animal Reiki offers all of the same benefits that "people reiki" offers. However, the channeling of this beautiful energy is granted upon the attuned practitioner directly from the divine animal kingdom. It is a more grounded energy that resonates more peacefully with the animals.
Animals are not like people, in that our energy is more intense and "in your face." Approaching an animal with that energy level, even with good intentions, can do more harm than good when it comes to offering healing to our animal friends. Therefore, the healing energy we are offering must be grounded and at a frequency that resonates with the animal. It is also vitally and ethically crucial that the animal has free will and complete control of the session.
When offering an animal reiki session, our practitioner will gently open the space by creating a bubble of healing energy. The animal then has the free will to either accept or reject it. We believe that we are not dominant over our animal friends. We honor their innate ability to know what they need and allow them to accept or reject our offering.
Caren Trimby has received her Animal Reiki Practitioner training and certification through the International Center for Reiki Training. She has over 25 years of direct experince working with many different species of animals. She has a special place in her heart for birds and is a self-proclaimed bird whisperer.
We come to you! Our Animal Reiki Sessions are offered in your home, vet office, or other location of your choosing. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer animal reiki sessions in our studio.

Caren Trimby, CARP
- Caren, the founder of Reiki Wings, is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and certified Animal Reiki Practitioner who has received her certification through The International Center for Reiki Training where she is also a Professional Member.
- Caren has been practicing Reiki since 2015 through both hands-on and distant healing sessions. As an intuitive healer, Caren works closely with her clients, people and animals, to clear blockages and other energy detractors that may be inhibiting them from reaching their full potential and living their best life.
- Caren has over 25 years of direct experince working with many different species of animals. She has a special place in her heart for birds and is a self-proclaimed bird whisperer.
- Currently, Caren has the honor of being a loving caregiver to 3 dogs and 3 birds.
